Woman Pulls Stray Dog Off Railroad Tracks Seconds Before Train Comes

A resident of the United States named Nina Love often helps homeless animals and rescues them from difficult situations. This time a story happened that left a mark in her heart. She learned from social media about a dog that was wandering in a park near the railroad tracks.
She immediately went there with her partner to help the poor fellow. However, it was not easy to catch her. The dog was scared and kept running away. Her life was in danger, as the train was about to arrive. But the girl didn’t give up.

“I was shaking with fear, but I wanted to save her because I looked in her eyes, and she was crying out for help,” Love said. “She was just scared, so I kept my distance and was patient.”
Her partner took her dog with her, and with her help, she was finally able to catch the poor dog. Apparently, the stray dog felt safe and confident around his companion. The partner managed to catch the dog and it was unharmed. Just a few seconds after that, a train appeared, from which the entire team successfully rescued the dog.

“She was hesitant, but my friend held her until I walked up and was able to leash her. I’ve faced many challenges due to me being an African American and have experienced racial threats because I’m in this field,” Love added. “But I remain strong for them because they need us.”
Nina was happy to the point of tears. She had managed to save a life. She took the dog to her house for recovery and is now looking for a rehoming facility for her, as she can’t keep her. When she recovers, she will be able to find permanent owners for her.

“She does well on the leash and likes meatballs for treats,” Love said. “Most importantly, she absolutely loves to be pet and deserves her second chance at life.”
