Cupboard Maker Book is an ordinary bookstore. In 2002, however, it became popular after the staff took a cat named Squeaky to the store. She became a favorite of customers.

Later, more purrs appeared in the bookstore: Annika, Mouse, Zack, Mercedes. They walk around the shelves with an important look, looking at the visitors. Customers happily interact with the cats while choosing books. The store collaborates with different authors, organizes different events, and cats are the bookstore’s calling card.
