A video posted on June 29 shows a driver open a car door and drop a puppy in the middle of heavy traffic while sitting between other cars on the road. The dog did not understand why he had been treated so badly and desperately scratched the car door. The poor dog looked around frightened.

As the driver moved on, an employee of a local restaurant nearby spotted the dog. The dog was pacing back and forth, looking for its owner. He immediately decided to help her. After the rescue, the man gave the dog to acquaintances who care for animals. The dog is now completely safe and recovering. The footage of the incident has made the Internet, and millions of people learned about this story ,the behavior of the irresponsible owner has angered many. The local police are now looking into the incident and trying to find the owner. Unfortunately, his face did not show up in the footage, but millions of interested people hope that he can still be found and prosecuted for such treatment of the animal.
