There are millions of cats and dogs waiting for their families in shelters around the world. However, not all pets are lucky. More often than not, babies are taken in, or kind and lovable pets who charm from the first minute. Special animals sometimes wait years to be noticed. Such was the case with a cat named Bean. A sad face and a meek disposition forced the kitty to sit in a shelter for a year until a girl named Francisca Franken saw her.

Franziska Franken knew right away that Bean was meant for her! The girl filled out an application and waited for the shelter to call. On January 8, Franken arrived to see Bean. When Bean showed up at home, she immediately settled in. Francisca was beyond excited!

She just loves to lie on the window and play with her favorite toy. The kitty’s favorite treat was spaghetti! All of a sudden, Bean loves it very much and once a month she gets an unusual treat! There are more than five thousand people subscribed to Bean’s account. All of them admire the kitty and her kind owner. By the way, Bean just loves walking on the street. She has a harness and even a travel bowl. After the shelter, the cat lives a full life and is very happy!
