This tiny kitty was only a few days old when she was found in a back alley in Florida, USA. She was apparently abandoned by her mother because she was much weaker than the other kittens. Passersby noticed her and immediately decided to help.
People contacted several local rescuers, and one of them, Danielle, agreed to take the kitty. The girl immediately took the tiny cat to a holding facility, in order to restore her condition as quickly as possible.

“When she arrived, she was agitated and very hard to console. However, by the time I went to bed, she had significantly calmed down after two good feedings,” Dannielle shared with Love Meow.

“I think a lot of her distress was coming from being cold and hungry, and once we fixed those things, we had a much happier kitten.”
The foster named her kitty May and took care of her health. She fed her with a syringe by the hour, gave her medicine to keep her healthy, and constantly gave her love. Within a couple of days, the care had paid off.
Soon May recovered and became much more active. She understood – she was safe here, she was loved and cared for. The kitty grew quickly, and in a couple of weeks, she turned into a playful and very affectionate baby girl. She often asked her foster mom for affection and attention, showing her gratitude.

“I discovered her absolute love for belly rubs, which resulted in all the purrs.”

May is a curious kitty who loves to explore every corner of her foster’s house. Also, she is very kind and friendly – she immediately became friends with all of her foster’s house cats.
When the time came to look for owners for her, she didn’t have to wait long. One girl fell in love with May at first sight and took her in. Now the kitty is happy and adores her owner – and it’s mutual!
