When people saw this shepherd wandering on the street, they immediately noticed that there was something wrong with the dog. She was fat, and the extra weight was obviously preventing her from even moving.

This dog was seen on the streets of San Bernardino, USA. People fed and provided her with water and then decided to take her to a local shelter. The shelter workers were shocked by the dog’s condition-apparently the owners hadn’t been watching her health and weight at all, so they decided to get rid of her. The staff determined that she was a mix of German Shepherd and another breed. The dog was named Neville.

The dog weighed 60 kilograms when she was brought to the shelter, which is two to three times more than normal for her size. The shelter staff immediately began to recover her health and, at the same time, to look for new owners. It wasn’t easy – because of her weight, Neville’s diet had to be strictly controlled. However, a loving family was found for this beauty! They fell in love with this sweet creature and took her home.

Now the owners are actively helping Neville lose the extra weight and are watching her diet. After a few weeks the dog has already weighed 50 kilograms, which is already a significant result! Thank you to the kind people who took care of this dog.
