Not long ago, the owners brought a new member of the family, a kitten. They were worried how their dogs would react to the baby. But as soon as the meeting took place, all worries instantly fell away.

When the Harrison family in the United States adopted a baby kitten from a shelter, they were worried about how their dogs would react. The kitten, named Casper, was just a baby when they brought him home, but after a while, the new family member was finally introduced to the dogs.

The family’s first dog, a pit bull, did not react at all to the baby. However, the owners were surprised by the reaction of another dog, named Rex. He immediately fell in love with the kitten and took him under his wing. It was love at first sight and Rex quickly took on the role of the kitten’s big brother.

They did everything together from the first day – sleeping, playing, cuddling, and running around the house. Rex even protected his little brother – every time someone wanted to pet him, the dog would cover the baby with himself, as if to say, “That’s mine!” But Casper is a too active kid to stay protected for long – he usually runs out of Rex’s arms playfully.

Rex loves Casper very much, and it is mutual. Over time, the two become increasingly friendly – they are practically inseparable! The owners believe that this strong bond will last for a long time.
