Residents of the United States picked up four small kittens on the street who were left without their mother at the age of only three weeks. They decided to help the little ones and took them to the local animal rescue center. There, the frightened babies were happily accepted.

They checked the kittens’ health and, after making sure that they were in good condition, they began looking for a place to keep them. A woman named Laura agreed to take all four kittens into her care-even though she has a pet dog. Her dog named Raylan is used to the fact that her owner constantly brings babies and needy animals. During this time he has become a real helper to his owner and is always happy to help the fluffy animals and become a babysitter. Such was the case with these kittens. Raylan immediately took on the role of furry daddy!

“Originally, he was my foster dog, but nobody wanted him and I ended up falling in love. I quickly realized he was very gentle and loving with small animals, so I started fostering kittens instead, and the rest is history.”- the owner says.

Raylan himself had once wandered the streets and then ended up in a shelter. Laura first took him into a holding facility, but when no owners were found for him for a long time, she decided to keep him with her. Raylan knows what it is like to be in a strange place all alone and afraid of everything around him. That’s why his mission became to help furry friends in need.

“They tried to follow him everywhere and do what he did because they looked up to him so much.”

The kittens quickly fell in love with their big “daddy. They follow Raylan everywhere, happily sleeping next to him, playing and cuddling. The dog himself is only too happy to raise the little ones and give them his love!
