This frightened, homeless dog was found under an abandoned van in the United States. People reported it to the rescue organization Hope For Paws, and they rushed to save the animal. It turned out that the dog had been nursing babies not too long ago.

The employees first tried to lure the dog out from under the van with food – at first, it came out and ate, but then ran back in fear. Only a couple of hours later the employees managed to get the dog out with the help of a special humane trap and took it to the shelter.
At the shelter, the staff found that the doggie was all covered in black machine oil. The poor thing still continued to tremble at the sight of people, but after eating and bathing it softened. She realized that these people could be trusted.

The dog was given the nickname Blue and began to learn to trust people again. Thanks to the tender care of the shelter staff, this sweetheart quickly blossomed and became much more social. Blue proved to be a wonderful dog and no one could understand how such a precious creature could be abandoned.
Now Blue is happy – she is full of life, loves to play and run around, and is very grateful to the rescuers. They are already looking for a permanent home for her. We hope this miracle finds better owners soon!
