Stray German Shepherd Was Crying Nonstop Until She Was Rescued
An abandoned homeless sheepdog was spotted by Los Angeles residents. The poor thing was running around looking for food, but was afraid to look in people’s direction and avoided them by all means. After noticing her, residents reported the dog to the Hope For Paws rescue center.
When two volunteers arrived at the spot where the dog was seen, they made their way toward her, the frightened dog hid under a nearby car. The rescuers tried to sweet-talk it and give it treats, but it only whimpered pitifully and loudly – she was very afraid of people. They must have hurt her some time ago.
The sheepdog whimpered relentlessly as rescue workers approached them, then hid between two partitions. Fortunately, the volunteers were able to get her out of there.
Although she was frightened and looked around sadly, she was finally safe. When the rescuers took her to the shelter, she even calmed down and wagged her tail for the first time.
At the shelter, the dog was bathed, fed, watered, and given the name Rain. Her health turned out to be fine, despite her years of living on the streets. Within a few days, Rain opened up, and was just a charming girl – kind, affectionate, and sweet.
Raine was taken in by a woman who had another dog. She was just looking for a friend for her pet. Now Rayne is happy-she never dreamed of such a life living on the streets, and now she has everything: a loving owner, a warm home, a canine sister, and simple everyday joys. Thank you to the kind people who didn’t leave her in need!
