Sometimes animals have a difficult fate, and they are very lucky if good people get in their way. Two bear cubs from India were rescued from trouble, and by becoming friends, they were able to get through all the difficulties.
Adult Savita and baby Meenakshi have been through a lot. Savita was rescued from an irresponsible owner who made money by training her and showing her off to the public. The orphaned Meenakshi was rescued in time when she was left all alone.
The Wildlife SOS team arranged treatment for the bears, and when they recovered, turned them over to a sanctuary. There, the animals began a new life – they were always cared for and fed, and played for hours in the spacious enclosures.
During the rescue process, a very strong bond developed between the two cubs. Savita, who felt that Minaksha needed support, took her under her wing. She replaced the little girl with the mother she had missed so much. The bears were very close while they were being treated, and later the caretakers decided to put them in the same enclosure.
Now the cubs are enjoying every day of their new life and are very grateful to the people who gave it to them. They spend hours playing, cuddling, making friends with the zoo staff, and fooling around. Thank you to the kind people for rescuing these beauties!
