The dog named Darla lives in the United States with her loving owners. She has one special feature – she has a funny grin. It may seem intimidating to some, but in fact, this dog is the gentlest of all.

“She makes that face whenever she wants you to throw or give her her Lamb Chop toy,” Ashley Lamping-Conard, Darla’s mom, told The Dodo. “She’s addicted to fetching them.”

She makes this expression on her face to ask to throw her favorite toy. She loves to play so much that it has become a tradition.
Darla was found wandering the streets of Texas after Hurricane Harvey and ended up in a shelter. And her current owners fell in love with her and her unusual features at first sight and decided to take her in for good.

“My husband and I fell in love immediately … we’d never seen a dog like her,” Conard said. “We reached out to my aunt to set up a time to go meet her, and she was just the sweetest little girl.”

Luckily, Darla’s hilariously vicious looks do not match her personality. “Darla is super playful,” Conard said. “If there’s a toy around, she will make you play fetch with her for hours.”
