Kitten with Wobbly Gait Found Alone as Stray Lets Nothing Slow Him Down
A little 4-week-old kitten was found and picked up on the streets of Los Angeles. People noticed right away that the kitten was weak and had a slight limp, so they decided to help him. They took him to the local Lange Foundation shelter.
The shelter staff warmly welcomed the special little baby. They found out that he has cerebral hypoplasia (or underdevelopment of the cerebellum) as well as the presence of a small amount of fluid in the brain. That’s why little Eddie was limping and developmentally delayed.
Despite his ailments, little Eddie was determined to overcome all difficulties. He remained brave, had a great appetite, and was growing and gaining weight quickly. In addition, his caregivers took over his medical treatment, which Eddie successfully endured.
Nothing was impossible for this boy. Even after the difficult treatment, he never stopped enjoying life, actively playing and purring in the arms of his caregivers.
They are now looking for owners for Eddie. This handsome boy will be the best friend anyone could have, and we wish him to find a loving home as soon as possible!
