Five little kittens were found on the street in Tennessee, USA. The poor things were left all alone, and no matter that people tried to find their mother, she didn’t come. One of the babies clearly differed from his family with its unusual appearance. The baby had interesting “eyebrows” on his head, and the expression on his face always seemed sad.

People decided to take the kittens to the local Carroll County shelter where they were happily welcomed. The kittens were immediately placed in the care of a volunteer named Michelle. Michelle had cared for many kittens before, but she had never seen a kitten with “eyebrows” like hers. She gave him the name Widget.

Widget was also the smallest of his brothers. Later, doctors determined that he was born with dwarfism and a special genetic condition – which is why he grows slowly, and has an unusual shape of face. However, this does not stop him from living life to the fullest, and charming everyone around him.

They had already found owners for all of Widget’s brothers, but his caretaker couldn’t give him to anyone else. She loved sweet Widget so much that she decided to keep him with her forever! Now the kitten is happy and surrounded by the love of his family. Thank you for the rescue!
