Gopher Finds A Friendly Dog Waiting For Him At The End Of His Tunnel
Fiona, a Pyrenean dog named Fiona, lives happily with her owners in the United States. Every day Fiona and her owner take a walk in the park to get some fresh air and, as it turned out recently, to make new friends.
“She does it quite often,” Fiona’s mom told The Dodo. “She thinks everyone wants to say hi to her.”
Throughout the park, there are scattered burrows of gophers, the main local inhabitants. Fiona became interested in one of them and decided to take a closer look. Then the owner of the burrow appeared on her path, who was slightly surprised by such an unexpected guest, but happy at the same time.
“Their interactions are so gentle and sweet,” Fiona’s mom said.
Gopher and Fiona looked at each other curiously for some time, studying each other carefully.
And this is truly the case, because Fiona, despite the difference in size, is careful and cautious with gophers, and respects their territory. Such an unusual friendship!
