The French bulldog named Ruby lives in Paris, France, and doesn’t really like exercise. Ruby’s owners admit that they spoiled their pet by indulging her every whim. Now, if she doesn’t want to walk with her paws, they put her in a purse and carry her. Judging by the video, Ruby is already used to such a means of transportation.
