Franklin, a dachshund, lives happily in the United States with his owner Lindsay. Once the woman took him from the shelter, and since then this handsome dog is the family’s favorite. Franklin is a very friendly and emotional dog and he makes no secret of the fact that he loves attention.

“He’s a super chill boy,” Dyer told The Dodo. “As long as he can be with his people or his cat brother, Bagheera.”

“When the pandemic started, I went full-time remote and spent a lot of time in my chair trying to type with a dog on my lap,” Dyer said. “I saw that IKEA had a matching child chair. I was hoping that getting him his own chair would make him stop stealing mine and went to get it the first day IKEA opened back up.”
Franklin is very attached to his owner, and every time she sits down in her favorite gray chair to work, there he is. He starts jumping, getting attention, asking Lindsay for affection, and trying to climb on her chair. Recently the owner came up with an idea to keep the dog occupied. She saw a small baby chair in a store that looked a lot like her work chair and got it for Franklin. No one expected the pooch to react that way, he immediately took a fancy to the chair, and smiled happily! The photo above clearly proves it.

“Needless to say, he’s very pleased,” Dyer said. “It’s his favorite spot in my office.” says the owner. True, not only Franklin liked the cozy chair, but also the family’s cat named Bagheera. Sometimes friends even sleep on it together. What a great chair!
