This touching story happened in the United States. Gaspar was a cheerful and affectionate boy. Unfortunately, he passed away because of an illness. His whole family is grieving for his beloved dog, including the dog named Kaya, with whom he had been best friends and spent a lot of time together.
These dogs were very friendly and loved spending time together. When Gaspar passed away, it was as if Kaya understood everything and felt sad and bereaved. When Kaya’s owners went to see the dog’s owners a few days later, taking their dog with them, they couldn’t believe their eyes.

“That’s when she spent the whole morning on top of his grave,” Rodríguez said.
Gaspar’s owners had buried the dog in the backyard. As if sensing it, Kaya came and lay down on the ground next to him. According to the owners, the dog spent a long time like that. She grieved for her friend along with all the family members.

The owners are sure that although Gaspar is gone, he is always there for Kaia and everyone who loved him. That’s how amazing and loyal the friendship between animals can be.

“Animals are superior beings that we will never understand,” Rodríguez wrote, “and that we do not deserve.”
