A parrot named Marni is a pet of his family who lives in Belgium. When the owners of the parrot planned the addition to the family, they wondered how their main pet would react to the future child. But even while the owner was pregnant, he was very sensitive to her belly, as if he knew that there is a little man there.

Only in time did Marnie begin to get used to the new member of the family. Griet showed both her son and her parrot that they had nothing to fear and invented activities for them every day. The two of them even took a trip together – the owners decided to take Marnie with them on a trip to Switzerland.

After that, the bond between the boy and the parrot became even stronger – they began to spend more time together. Marnie was interested in everything the baby was doing and watched him, feeling responsible, like an “older brother”.
Soon the two were almost inseparable – they became real best friends. Grietje couldn’t be happy with the way her son and her pet became friends and she’s sure that this friendship will last a lifetime!
