Cat’s Favorite Hobby Is Throwing Everything In The House Into The Trash
Pieru is an adorable cat who lives with his owners in the United States. Like all cats, he can be sweet, but sometimes he is a silly and naughty boy. Back when Pieru was a kitten, he was always doing little naughty things.
“One day shortly after his arrival he found out knocking things over is his hobby,” Kerstin Reif, Pieru’s mom, told The Dodo.
Nothing has changed since then! Except that Pieru has chosen his favorite hobby – dropping things off wherever they go. Yes, many cats have this hobby, but Pieru just can’t live without it.
“Unfortunately our trash can stands near the table and obviously makes funny noises when he puts something in,” Reif said. “About one year ago I missed my pen and found it in the bin — but I was sure that I didn’t throw it there neither did it lay in a way it could have fallen by itself.”
One day, Pierre discovered the trash can one day.
Since then, the owner always checks the trash can first if she happens to lose something. For example, she has already found a TV remote control, a salt shaker, pencils, and scissors in the trash can. That’s how much Pierre likes to keep everything clean!
“He looks so self-confident sometimes there’s even a smile on his face, I’m sure,” Reif said. “He looks at us, nudging something … when you say ‘Pieru noooo,’ he smiles and throws it over.”
