This cute cat with an unusual face was found on the streets of Salem, America. The cat was with newborn kittens and was trying her best to feed them. Kind people noticed her in time and took her to the Salem Friends of Felines shelter. The staff determined that the kitty was about seven years old and gave her the nickname Priscilla. They noticed her unusual appearance immediately – her tongue was always sticking out due to her wrong bite and missing teeth, but that only made her unique and didn’t interfere with her appearance. Mommy was very attentive and sensitive to her babies – she took care of everyone, despite her poor condition. The shelter staff did a little rehabilitation of her health, and Priscilla glowed with gratitude.

“She is so gentle even when she plays. She is a beautiful, sweet and loving kitty,” Kayla shared. “She loves people and would love to relax in a peaceful home with her forever humans.”
After that, the family was sent to a shelter by a volunteer named Kayla. She helped Priscilla with her kittens, and the kitten trusted her quickly and understood – her babies would not be hurt there. Priscilla even began to ask her caregiver for affection and play when the kittens got a little older.

When the kittens started playing with each other, actively exploring the house, and switching to solid food, Mommy had fewer responsibilities. She enjoyed a well-deserved rest.
Soon her babies were found permanent homes – each of them found the most loving family. Now they were looking for Priscilla herself. We hope she finds a loving home soon!
