Chicky is probably the world’s smallest detection dog. He “works” at the airport in Colombia, searching for illegal substances and other things. This doggie has recently become a star on the Internet.

“Standing next to them was a little dog who began to sniff all the suitcases,” Fornasa told The Dodo. “The girls from the duty-free shop told me that his name was Chiqui and that he worked as a drug dog. I thought it was beautiful, so I filmed it.”

This little “employee” was spotted at the Colombian airport. A passenger named Agatha Fornasa was interested in him – the Chihuahua was wearing a miniature police vest, and was busily sniffing the suitcases. Turns out the dog works there as a detection dog. The staff at the duty-free store told the woman that her dog’s name is Chiqui. He has been a detection dog at the airport for a long time – and although many may think he is funny, Chiqui takes his job very seriously and is always focused on it.

“Everyone who saw him smiled,” Fornasa told The Dodo. “He was very focused on his work. So handsome.”

The woman took several photos with Chicky, and they quickly spread across the Internet. Users admire him in spite of his size – because the dog is very responsible, and does a great job. He underwent several months of training and education like other service dogs.
