In Hinduism, cows are considered sacred animals, symbolizing purity, unselfishness, and abundance. Respect for cows among the inhabitants of this country is so great that in the state of Uttar Pradesh local authorities have organized an «ambulance» for cows.

For the help of animals 5 crews of veterinary ambulances have been allocated, which are equipped with all necessary surgical tools and on the same basis as usual «ambulance» can use a siren.

During the first week of work, the control room received hundreds of calls from local cow owners, which highlights the success of the idea of local authorities.
